The Workers' Compensation Administrator & Contract Support Associate will be responsible for managing workers' compensation cases and contracts related to Skyworks facilities and environmental health and safety (EH&S). The WCCA serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders, insurance providers, and other third-party administrators to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements. In addition, this position will require proactively tracking, negotiating, and managing contracts within budget, business needs, and also proactively managing cases from initiation to resolution. The WCCA will take a customer-centric approach and have high standards for quality, efficiency and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years work experience
  • Knowledge of service contracts, Ariba and/or SAP, workers compensation programs, and sustainability program management is also preferred.
  • Flexibility, agility and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to facilitate and drive root cause analysis and experience with "5 Whys" and/or "Six Sigma" methodology
  • Experience in managing workers' compensation cases is highly preferred
  • Prefer 2-5 years of experience in a large organization supporting contracts for facilities and or EH&S organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Legal, HR, Safety, Management and others as you actively manage workers compensation cases. Supporting corrective actions to help reduce injuries, expenses, and other items related to workers compensation.
  • Supporting the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) site services and reporting to management on a regular basis.
  • Tracking existing service contracts outside of the IFM program.
  • Proactively identifying possible cost-saving initiatives to support budgetary objectives related to service contracts.
  • Data entry and analysis of data stored in the EH&S tracking system and creating monthly reports for the management team.
  • Tracking monthly utility data and reporting in the EH&S tracking system for all remote sites.
  • Supporting lease agreement management as required.
