Join our team supporting the Department of Justice and help navigate our customers through the complexities associated with data proliferation and the growing technical and legal challenges of eDiscovery. The eDiscovery Consultant merges legal and technical expertise to manage and analyze ESI workflows in legal matters, ensuring efficient and compliant discovery practices. The consultant must possess knowledge of eDiscovery software platforms such as eDiscovery Platform, Relativity, EverLaw, and Casepoint; provide consulting and implementation support to clients on eDiscovery strategies, workflows, and technology solutions; stay informed on the lates eDiscovery technologies, legal developments, and best practices across Public and Private Sectors. This role requires a legal expertise on these processes and applications to monitor changes to laws that impact civil and criminal litigation and determine their impact on current Discovery policies and procedures.
