About The Position

The eDiscovery Project Manager is a proactive, detail-oriented individual leading and managing complex eDiscovery projects. The role requires hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, CS Disco, and LAW PreDiscovery, and will demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. This role is responsible for coordinating across internal teams and external clients to ensure the successful execution of eDiscovery workflows from initiation through completion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; certifications related to eDiscovery platforms are highly desirable (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Project Manager or similar role.
Proficiency with Relativity, CS Disco, and LAW PreDiscovery is required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery projects, including data processing, hosting, review, production, and project closure.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting client expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives.
Perform quality control checks and data validation throughout project phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on eDiscovery tools and best practices.
Establish data naming standards and consistent definitions to improve overall data quality.
