This team sits at the intersection of product-led growth, sales execution, and customer activation—driving logo acquisition, pipeline velocity, and efficient revenue expansion at scale. In this role, you will build, coach, and evolve a high-performing global team responsible for converting product interest into customers, while continuously refining the PLG motion that powers our growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing talent, optimizing conversion, and shaping what world-class product-led selling looks like in practice. The Sr. Manager, Global Growth Specialists recruits, trains, develops and supports new and existing Growth Specialists to ensure that they meet specific product-led growth goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
