About The Position

The Senior District Manager is responsible for overseeing service performance across nine operations districts, with a focus on ensuring customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, improving the overall customer experience, and supporting NuCO2’s growth objectives. This role will design and oversee the rollout of the Authorized Contractor Program, lead technician training initiatives, and utilize Field Service Management (FSM) software to drive efficiency and service excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational expertise to deliver reliable, customer-focused service across a multi-site environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in service, field operations, or contractor management.
  • Proven track record overseeing multi-site service performance and driving operational excellence.
  • Leadership experience gained in the military at the E-7 (senior non-commissioned officer) or O-3 (officer) level and above will be considered equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Field Service Management (FSM) platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Strong operational acumen with experience in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to prepare and present performance results, operational insights, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service performance across nine operations districts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, first-time fix rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for service-related challenges, coordinating cross-functional resolution.
  • Design and oversee the rollout of NuCO2’s Authorized Contractor Program, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
  • Coordinate contractor quality audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Partner with the training department to design, implement, and oversee technician training programs.
  • Track certifications, monitor skill gaps, and ensure timely renewals to maintain workforce readiness.
  • Mentor District Managers and service leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession planning.
  • Establish operational targets for service quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion NuCO2’s safety culture by enforcing protocols, conducting audits, and monitoring safety KPIs (incident rates, near-miss reporting).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards across all service activities.
