The Senior Director must bring strong strategic thinking, financial rigor, and executive presence, with the ability to frame implications, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to lead complex analysis, validate assumptions, and drive decisions. Success in this role will depend on driving clarity from complexity, challenging conventional thinking, and influencing outcomes across a highly matrixed, global organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who is equally comfortable shaping strategy at the highest levels and diving into the details to ensure the work stands up analytically and operationally.
