This role partners closely with senior business executives to shape financial strategy, evaluate investments, and drive decision‑making across the Card Benefits and Affluent portfolio. As a Senior Director, you will serve as the primary finance partner to global product and commercial leaders, translating complex business dynamics into clear financial insights that influence strategy, prioritization, and resource allocation. This is a high‑visibility individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Finance, Value‑Added Services Issuing Solutions, with significant exposure to senior finance leadership and executive management. To thrive in this highly visible seat, you must operate seamlessly between executive-level strategy and hands-on execution. The Senior Director must bring strong strategic thinking, financial rigor, and executive presence, with the ability to frame implications, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to lead complex analysis, validate assumptions, and drive decisions.
