We are seeking a Senior Director of Transformation to partner directly with the CFO and senior leadership team to lead high-impact enterprise initiatives, with an initial focus on SG&A optimization and cost effectiveness. This role will play a critical part in identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and driving execution of initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and unlock meaningful financial impact across corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and experience leading cross-functional change in a complex, global environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, corporate strategy, finance, operational excellence, or management consulting for global consumer and Retail organizations .
  • Proven track record delivering SG&A cost optimization or enterprise efficiency initiatives with measurable financial results.
  • Strong analytical and financial skillset, including modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Experience working within complex, global organizations and across multiple corporate functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in consumer, retail, apparel, or branded global companies is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing SG&A spend and improving functional efficiency across corporate teams (Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and others).
  • Identify cost reduction and productivity opportunities through operating model improvements, process redesign, and resource allocation analysis.
  • Develop and manage multi-year savings roadmaps with clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build detailed financial models and business cases to quantify the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Forecast short- and long-term financial outcomes, partnering closely with FP&A to ensure alignment with budgets and long-range plans.
  • Establish KPI tracking and governance mechanisms to ensure savings realization and sustained performance improvement.
  • Drive execution across a matrixed, global organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
  • Lead work streams, facilitate decision-making forums, and ensure accountability across initiative owners.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CFO on enterprise performance, organizational effectiveness, and transformation priorities.
  • Support strategic planning efforts, including restructuring, investment trade-offs, and operating cadence improvements.
  • Help embed a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and value creation across the company.
