About The Position
As a Sr HR Director - Strategy Transformation here at Honeywell, you will lead the strategic transformation initiatives within the HR function, driving innovative practices that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will report directly to our Vice President of Human Resources and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of agility and responsiveness to change, and enhancing the overall employee experience, which is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in the aerospace market.
