Job SummaryThe Senior Director, Pricing & Quoting is responsible for leading the enterprise pricing strategy across the full product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives, profitability goals, and market positioning. This individual will develop and oversee global pricing governance frameworks, design value-based pricing models, and drive data-driven decision-making to optimize margins and revenue. By conducting comprehensive market and competitive analysis, the job holder will identify opportunities and guide strategic pricing decisions. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to embed pricing excellence across planning and go-to-market activities. In addition, the role will establish key performance indicators, monitor pricing effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. As a leadership position, it also involves building and developing a high-performing pricing team to sustain long-term organizational success. #LI-CT1
