A newly created leadership role in the Strategic Partnerships team, the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, Business Development will play a critical strategic growth role for the Commercial business. The Senior Director of Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing and executing high impact partnership opportunities that drive revenue and strategic advantage for Hertz. This role owns the end-to-end business development lifecycle from market sizing, opportunity identification and active pipeline management. The ideal candidate is both highly strategic and operationally excellent, a creative dealmaker who can think beyond traditional partnership models, build compelling business cases and lead a high performing team while collaborating cross-functionally across Hertz.
