The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Sr. Director, Strategic Finance, GTM Growth & Performance leads a global team that is focused on the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business, partnering with both the Sales and the Marketing organizations. This individual and their team are responsible for managing the performance of the business for both weekly forecasting as well as long range financial planning, devising and shepherding new opportunities to accelerate growth, and driving the strategy and direction of our GTM motions along with x-functional senior leaders. This role requires someone who excels in looking beyond the problems in front of them, synthesizing complex ideas, bringing executives together for a common purpose, and inspiring their teams and their partners. This role will report to LinkedIn’s VP of Strategic Finance for the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business.
