About The Position

Senior Director, Strategic Finance at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to join the growing Finance team. The Director will have ownership of the long-term financial model, performance management, operational KPIs, and financial analytics across the FBG organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance & Strategy, the Senior Director will serve as an integral member of the Finance leadership team, providing expertise for further growth and continuous innovation across the department. Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming, allowing sports fans to Buy, Collect, and Bet. Through the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods; collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sportsbook and iGaming platform. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
12 plus years of finance experience with progressively increasing responsibility; experience in investment banking, private equity, or public multinational companies preferred.
Deep experience with financial modeling, data manipulation and analytics
Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills
Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
Experience growing and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Primary ownership of key reporting for FBG across the business including monthly/quarterly business reviews and board meetings detailing the performance and operational progress being achieved.
Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment
Lead the consolidation and continuous improvement of the long term, financial model (across P&L and Balance Sheet) including target setting, structuring, maintenance and expansion for segments, reporting, data, etc.
Select, establish, maintain and track operational KPIs to enable performance management, and create alignment with the long-term financial model
Own total company consolidated sales and metrics reporting across teams, including establishing cross-functional metrics definitions; whilst influencing business change through insight.
Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
Ad hoc financial analysis relating to key commercial projects
Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment
Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
