About The Position

Dayforce is transforming how organizations manage today’s dynamic, distributed, and increasingly contingent workforce. As the Senior Director of Go-To-Market Strategy for Dayforce Flex Work, you will shape how we position, scale, and operationalize one of the most important innovations within the Dayforce platform. Sitting at the intersection of product, sales, presales, marketing, and customer insight, this role is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and orchestrator. You’ll translate macro labor trends and customer needs into a sharp market narrative, better seller readiness, stronger demand generation, and meaningful attach of Flex Work across the broader Dayforce suite. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to define how Dayforce helps organizations build a more agile, resilient, and future-ready workforce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, or solutions leadership — ideally in HCM, workforce tech, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience building narratives, value propositions, and competitive positioning that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Sales and Presales to improve readiness, demo quality, and win rates.
  • Ability to translate complex market trends into actionable GTM strategy and cross-functional execution. Experience influencing product strategy based on customer and field insights.
  • Comfort navigating fast-moving, matrixed environments where stakeholder alignment is key.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive-presence skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in contingent labor, workforce management, talent marketplaces, or shift-based labor platforms.
  • Background supporting large enterprise strategic pursuits.
  • Demonstrated success launching or scaling new SaaS offerings.
  • Ability to design world-class demos and sales plays that drive repeatable outcomes.
  • Prior leadership of cross-functional GTM, enablement, or solutions teams.
  • Familiarity with macro labor policy, gig economy trends, or frontline workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define the go-to-market strategy and market positioning for Dayforce Flex Work, rooted in macro labor trends and buyer realities.
  • Build compelling “why now / why Dayforce” narratives, competitive differentiation, and vertical-specific value propositions.
  • Partner with sales and presales to develop scalable enablement assets: sales plays, talk tracks, demos, objection handling, and competitive tear-downs.
  • Lead seller education, activation, and readiness programs that improve AE confidence, consistency, and attach rates.
  • Support key strategic deals, helping shape pursuit strategy, account targeting, and alignment of messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive demand programs around labor agility, workforce resilience, and modernization themes.
  • Provide structured feedback loops from the field to Product, influencing roadmap decisions, beta programs, and early-adopter engagement.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across GTM, Product, Presales, Marketing, and Services to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
  • Potentially build and lead a small GTM or enablement team as Flex Work adoption scales.
