As the Senior Director of Software Engineering, you will shape the technology vision, elevate engineering excellence, and lead high‑performing teams in delivering scalable, innovative software solutions at Honeywell Aerospace. Your leadership will influence company-wide strategy, strengthen our technical foundation, and accelerate our ability to meet ambitious business goals. This role is central to advancing our mission for quality, driving continuous improvement, and enabling sustainable growth across the organization. You will report directly to our VP IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
