We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Job Summary: This job will lead the development of cutting-edge data science models and algorithms including Gen AI and Agentic AI to solve complex business problems. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs with tangible business impact. Your role involves driving innovation in data science practices, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.

Requirements

• 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience leading others

Nice To Haves

• Typically requires a Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
