Position Summary As a Director on the AI Transformation and Intelligent Automation team at CVS Specialty Pharmacy, you will optimize operations through AI strategies and technologies. This person will leverage their technical and product management expertise to develop and execute AI strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business operations, provide strategic guidance, and lead a team of AI professionals. This person will collaborate with business leaders and partners to help inform strategy development, prioritization of analytic efforts, and formulation of specific workplans and projects to execute across the specialty pharmacy. This individual must be able to effectively influence and communicate with non-technical audience using facts and well-reasoned cases.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience leading complex IT projects, including stakeholder management, executive reporting, and budgeting.
• Expertise in leveraging technology to transform work processes.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

• Strong knowledge of advanced analytic tools and languages to analyze large datasets and data sources

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI strategies to optimize operations and enhance the overall performance of CVS Specialty Pharmacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement AI solutions that streamline processes and drive cost savings.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities for AI integration and automation.
• Provide strategic guidance and consulting expertise to senior leadership, highlighting the potential impact of AI on business outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, evaluating their potential application within the pharmacy operations.
• Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
