Otter Products is hiring for a Sr. Director, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) who will be responsible for owning Demand Planning, S&OP and Business Insights. This role will be based in Fort Collins, CO on a hybrid schedule for those who are local. If you are not local, you can be remote in the US. As the Sr. Director, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), you will directly lead the full spectrum of analysis for the process, including demand planning, business insights development, process development, cross-functional buy-in and accountability, and change management, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Executive Leadership to create a unified operating rhythm that enhances accountability, improves predictability, and drives profitable growth. In this people leader role, you will apply advanced leadership skills to support the professional growth of your direct reports and the broader team. This is a people leader role.
