Job Summary: This role is responsible for optimizing the BCS supply chain network to enable above market revenue growth through strong customer satisfaction, optimized manufacturing costs, and debottlenecking of constrained flow paths. The position will be responsible for aligning manufacturing capacities with commercial opportunities utilizing Sales and Operations Planning processes including demand management, operations management, and optimizing the logistics and capacity utilization across the network to increase top line growth and margin expansion. The position will manage forecasting, sales and operating planning process, and network optimization through loading and outsourcing utilization. The sales and operations process will develop and execute a vision that delivers operational excellence, resulting in best in class customer service and efficiency. The selected candidate will need to establish best in class supply chain processes, along with metrics necessary to track effectiveness, efficiency, and opportunities. The position will also need to develop a strategic sourcing process to leverage capacity and improve reaction time and costs of market changes and disruptions.
