The Sr. Director of Services Growth & Development within WWT’s Solutions Organization will partner with a designated Sales region to help define and execute a services growth strategy. This role is responsible for working with regional Sales leadership to identify priority accounts, drive services strategy and penetration, and actively support opportunity development and closure. The Sr. Director will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to accelerate services growth and ensure alignment with WWT’s overall business objectives. This role involves executive-level planning, leadership, and client engagement. This position requires a connector mindset, along with deep knowledge of WWT’s capabilities based on similar consulting experience, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams to position WWT to deliver consulting and solution-led outcomes.
