Focused on enabling predictable execution, enterprise transparency, and a differentiated customer experience through strong governance, disciplined decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. Operates in a highly matrixed environment, providing functional leadership to site PPM organizations and influencing senior leaders across Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial. Drives results with integrity, fosters collaboration, and champions continuous improvement at scale.
