Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Sr. Director- PrMO Overview The Sr. Director, Program Management Office (PrMO) is a strategic, enterprise level role which oversees USAble Life’s program delivery, portfolio governance, and change management functions. This role serves as both the head of the PrMO and the lead program manager (“playercoach”) for the company’s most critical cross functional initiatives. The Senior Director is responsible for establishing the enterprise program management operating model, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, driving governance, and maturing organizational capabilities around planning, execution, risk management, and adoption. In this lean organizational design, the Sr. Director directly leads major enterprise programs while managing and developing a team of Program Managers and change/portfolio roles.
