About The Position

ROLE AT A GLANCE: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Pro2col customer-facing mobile application, creating a world-class health and wellness experience that transforms how customers engage with Herbalife Nutrition. This role exists to own the most critical product initiative in the Pro2col portfolio, delivering a health tech solution that combines personalization, data-driven insights, and engaging user experiences to drive customer adoption and retention. The Sr. Director ensures the Pro2col app becomes a market-leading digital health platform that delivers measurable business value and exceptional customer outcomes. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Pro2col customer-facing mobile application• Define product vision aligned with Pro2col's mission to transform customer and distributor experiences through digital technology• Lead customer discovery and user research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and desired health outcomes• Develop and prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility• Design customer journey experiences that drive engagement, behavior change, and long-term product adoption• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build intuitive, delightful mobile experiences for iOS and Android platforms• Partner with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user stories• Define and track product KPIs including engagement, retention, feature adoption, and customer health outcomes• Conduct competitive analysis of health tech products (Whoop, Aura, MyFitnessPal, etc.) to find opportunities for differentiation• Lead product launches and feature releases, coordinating across marketing, sales, distributors, and support teams• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform continuous product improvement• Build business cases and ROI models to justify product investments and prioritize the product backlog• Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance updates to executive leadership and the SVP Strategic Innovation• Manage relationships with external partners, technology vendors, and health tech ecosystem players• Ensure product compliance with health data regulations, privacy standards, and platform guidelines• Make strategic product decisions on feature prioritization, user experience design, and platform capabilities• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Digital product management for mobile health and wellness applications
  • Customer-centric product development and user experience design
  • Health tech product strategy and go-to-market execution
  • Data-driven product decision-making and analytics
  • Agile product development and stakeholder management
  • Consistent track record of building and scaling successful health tech or wellness mobile applications
  • Deep understanding of consumer health behaviors, personalization technologies, and engagement strategies
  • Experience as a product owner for a credible health tech, fitness, or wellness company
  • Ability to translate complex health and wellness concepts into simple, engaging user experiences
  • Strong business acumen with ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Outstanding communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Design, or related field
  • 10+ years of exceptional product management experience in health tech with demonstrated success building market-leading wellness applications may substitute for advanced degree

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Digital Health, Product Management, or related field; product management certifications; proven track record building health tech products at credible companies (Whoop, Aura, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Noom, etc.)
  • Certifications: Certified Product Manager, Agile/Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing certifications valuable
