Sr. Director Product Engineering
About The Position
As Senior Director of Product Engineering here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will serve as a key enterprise leader responsible for defining the product engineering vision that drives innovation, customer value, and long‑term business growth. You will guide product delivery teams, elevate platform strategy, and ensure the creation of scalable, high‑impact digital products. Your leadership will influence company‑wide priorities, strengthen the alignment between product and technology, and accelerate our ability to deliver differentiated solutions at scale. This role carries broad organizational visibility and is central to transforming how we build, deliver, and evolve products across the enterprise. You will report directly to our VP IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
