The Senior Director, Pro Operations & Sales Effectiveness is responsible for driving the operational execution and performance effectiveness of the Professional (B2B) sales organization. This role partners closely with the SVP of Professional Sales and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that drive growth, operational consistency, and field execution across the professional customer segment. This leader ensures strategic initiatives are effectively monitored and optimized across the organization while delivering actionable insights on performance, opportunities, and operational gaps. The role serves as a critical connector between executive leadership, field operations, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and consistent execution of strategic initiatives across the pro organization.
