About The Position

Oversee payer revenue strategy and contracting for one or more assigned markets or strategic business segments. Develop Payer Strategy: Develop a comprehensive payer revenue strategy and execute that strategy through contracting with payers across assigned geographic market(s), transforming high-level goals into market-specific results. Lead the Negotiation: Serve as the primary negotiator in high-stakes payer discussions, securing agreements that protect and grow our financial and clinical interests. Master the Market: Develop a deep, “boots on the ground” understanding of your assigned market’s competitive landscape, payer dynamics and our delivery footprint. Integrate Business Vision: Bridge the gap between contracting and operations by aligning payer strategies with long-term business plans and organizational growth objectives. Drive Financial Performance: Take full accountability for the bottom line by monitoring payer net revenue performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed budget targets for payer lifts and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
