1. Partner with engineering, design, and sales teams to define and execute product features and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Drive end-to-end product delivery, from feature conception through launch, adoption, and iterative innovation. Manage dependencies and prioritize features, ensuring timely delivery of key product initiatives and optimizations. Performance Tracking & Process Improvement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure product alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with Suite product leaders to align product goals with broader organizational initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with external customers and partners to inform product development and ensure customer satisfaction. Shape and communicate a compelling product strategy, aligning with company objectives and customer needs. Own the product vision and roadmap, driving incremental value to customers while ensuring product-market fit, competitive positioning, and profitability. Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring each feature addresses customer pain points, drives value, and contributes to financial growth. Own P&L accountability for product lines, balancing customer needs with business goals and market opportunities to optimize profitability. Develop and execute a data-driven strategy for feature prioritization, backlog management, and product metrics.
