About the Role: We are seeking a tenured sales professional responsible for driving new business growth within the employer market and managing key relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and strategic partners. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to employers and consultants, helping to communicate the value of the organization’s pharmacy and benefits administration solutions. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Account Management, this role will focus on cultivating new opportunities, supporting go-to-market efforts, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will bring more than 15 years of B2B sales experience, with deep knowledge of employee benefits, pharmacy benefits, and claims processing operations.
