About The Position

The Sr. Director of Planning/ Quality/Risk is a strategic leadership role responsible for integrating enterprise planning, quality assurance, and risk assessment into a unified operating framework. This role drives operational excellence, ensures compliance, and enables data-driven decision-making to support long term business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in all associated categories or similar
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives
• Deep knowledge of planning processes (S&OP, S&OE, PLM, etc)
• Expertise in quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk
• Financial acumen
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Data driven mindset and experience using data analytics and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning Execution – Lead enterprise-wide planning processes.
• Drive forecast accuracy
• Quality Assurance – Establish and oversee QMS.
• Ensure compliance.
• Set and monitor KPIs.
• Risk Assessments and Supplier Relationship Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and supply risks
• Operational Excellence – Drive cross-functional improvements, champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Build and lead high performance teams.
• Serve as a key advisor to the PRISM Leadership team.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
