Position Summary: The Senior Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic leader and operational expert, responsible for shaping a high-performing, values-driven culture and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This role will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, pre-employment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will champion technology adoption, process discipline, and data-driven decision-making to deliver exceptional internal customer service and ensure strong compliance across all HR practices. The role leads a team of about 15 people, including 3 to 4 direct reports. The SDHR is a member of Everstands Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Chief Operations & Financial Officer (COFO).
