Your Role at Baxter The Senior Director, UCAN Medical Affairs guides strategic and operational initiatives for downstream medical activities across Infusion Systems, IV Solutions, Clinical Nutrition, and Pharmacy Products in the US and Canada. This role converts clinical evidence, scientific strategy, and unmet medical needs into medical plans prepared for execution. These plans ensure safe, compliant, and differentiated commercialization throughout the product lifecycle. As a senior member of the ITP Medical Affairs Leadership Team, this leader coordinates field medical execution, scientific engagement, evidence dissemination, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Compliance. The role ensures consistent, high-impact medical support across a sophisticated, multi-portfolio downstream environment while maintaining alignment with global medical strategy.
