This senior leadership role is responsible for driving market access strategy across North America, ensuring products achieve optimal coverage and reimbursement. You will lead a team focused on engaging payers, health systems, and other stakeholders, translating complex policies and market insights into actionable strategies that accelerate commercial success. Operating in a remote environment, you will partner closely with commercial, clinical, and cross-functional teams to address reimbursement challenges, educate stakeholders, and support sales and customer engagement.
