Sr. Director, Influencer, Affiliate, and Partnerships

We’re seeking a Senior Director of Influencer, Affiliate & Partnerships to build and scale one of our most important growth engines: third-party distribution through creators, publishers, and strategic partners. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced D2C environment, and has a track record of building scalable partnership programs from the ground up. You will transform influencer and affiliate from tactical programs into a predictable and scalable growth channel.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related growth marketing roles
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, affiliate ecosystem, and partnership models across industries
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs at a D2C brand, ideally through hypergrowth phases
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and optimize performance
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships aligned with company growth objectives
- Set clear KPIs and performance targets, and regularly report on channel performance to executive leadership
- Build and scale a best-in-class influencer marketing program spanning nano, micro, and macro influencers
- Oversee and optimize the affiliate program across content publishers, creators and emerging channels/partners
- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic creator and celebrity partnerships that expand brand reach and drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate with content team to maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints
