About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is continuing to transform our media approach and capabilities with the changing media landscape. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Media. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing transformation, audience segmentation, and media execution. This role is pivotal in driving digital marketing transformation across the marketing value chain globally for the company. What You'll Do for Us: Devise and deploy a scalable audience segmentation framework that identifies high-value growth audiences. Champion transformation and change management by collaborating with internal teams in the governance of audience design, segmentation, and ad operations. Develop standardized process for media execution. Drive the overall audience planning roadmap for developing audiences, capabilities, and processes to support audience execution. Collaborate and advise marketing planning and communication development teams and develop audience strategy and best practice. Support marketing planning and execution teams in the activation of audiences across campaigns to optimize audience performance. Drive the evolution and performance of key global ad technology partnerships in relation to audience planning and execution. Operationalize the requirements of delivering our consumer data strategy and digital vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital media and audience planning within a global organization.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and geographies.
  • Experience connecting audience segmentation with the realities of delivering in addressable media platforms.
  • Sound understanding of the marketing technology stack required to deliver on audience planning through to execution.
  • Strong experience working with DSPs and a deep knowledge of targeting capabilities.
  • Experience delivering campaigns with a real-time dynamic creative element.
  • Executed campaigns with omnichannel user journeys and media targeting.
  • Needs to have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability within media marketing.
  • Change agent mindset and risk-taking capabilities with examples of projects that have landed successful business transformation.
  • Must be comfortable leading change and spearhead effectiveness and efficiency in media operations.
