About The Position

Overview Department: Psych Acute Adult Schedule: Full Time, Days Mon-Wed 10:30am-7pm, Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm Facility: Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital Location: Evanston, IL 60201 Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, formulate diagnosis Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy (clients ages 8+) in outpatient setting Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide crisis intervention when needed Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor’s degree Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related required. 2. Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field, preferred. 3. Current registration an intern with Board, as appropriate to education and licensing requirements. 4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 5. Minimum one (1) year Inpatient l or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience preferred. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $28.42 hour to $41.17 hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure. Requirements
