Lead the design and implementation of HR service delivery models aimed at enhancing the associate experience, enabling managers and associates with tools to manage their workforce, and reducing administrative tasks for HR professionals & payroll/shared services teams. Primary responsibility is to be the leader of collaboration with Human Resources, Finance, Retail Operations and Kroger Technology & Digital teams to develop, design, document, and assign roles/responsibilities with respect to each element of HCM, AI Digital Assistant and time keeping systems.
