Position Overview The Sr. Director, HCP Marketing is responsible for setting the vision and leading the national and regional marketing strategy for Cologuard, and a growing cancer screening portfolio, as it relates to increasing product adoption to Healthcare Providers (HCPs), including primary care and specialty audiences. This includes leading teams responsible for resource development to execute against the strategy, establishing an omnichannel marketing approach for promotion (including leading the infrastructure build and transition to this end state), leading a team of regional marketers to deliver localized impact for the brand, and engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) across the cancer screening marketplace. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment and integration cross-functionally with stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, Access, Outcomes, and Population Health, Customer Experience, Customer Effectiveness Team (training), and leading the analytics plan, measurement, and progress against performance goals. Establishing a culture of innovation and experimentation, with strong measurement tools, will be critical for success. This role will be a member of the senior leader marketing team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Screening Marketing.
