About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Director, Enterprise Applications Strategy & Delivery to lead the transformation and optimization of our enterprise business systems. This role is responsible for delivering and executing on the multi-year roadmap for critical platforms and custom applications. As a key leader in the Technology & Business Enablement organization, you will drive delivery excellence, operational scalability, and cross-functional alignment across the full business application ecosystem. Reporting to the SVP of Technology, this role will manage a team of program managers and solution owners while partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure our systems and capabilities evolve in lockstep with business priorities.

Requirements

Strong leadership and organizational change management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Experience in business application ecosystems or platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models in a program governance context.
Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution demands.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10+ years of experience in program management, business systems delivery, or enterprise IT leadership.
5+ years in a director or senior leadership role managing enterprise business applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving large-scale systems implementations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Experience managing cross-functional teams across global or distributed organizations.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems, or equivalent).
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
Hands-on experience with digital transformation, process automation, or system rationalization.
Experience in high-growth or Fortune 100 environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of major cross-functional initiatives, from requirements and design through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
Partner with business and technology leaders to champion the strategic vision, shape the enterprise applications roadmap, and ensure successful delivery aligned with growth, efficiency, and digital transformation goals.
Manage a high-performing team of project managers, solution architects, and business analysts responsible for delivery across Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and Operations systems.
Establish governance structures to ensure program accountability, stakeholder engagement, and outcome-based delivery.
Drive platform integration and rationalization to reduce complexity, eliminate redundancy, and improve user experience.
Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities where enterprise technology can accelerate decision-making, compliance, and automation.
Oversee vendor strategy and contract management for key SaaS and enterprise software platforms.
Champion enterprise change management, ensuring successful adoption and behavioral transformation across the organization.
