Position Purpose: The Sr. Director of Finance will serve as the financial business partner for the Division President and his/her leadership team. Responsible for identifying and driving sales initiatives; payroll forecast and controls; expense controls; capital allocation; G&A management; sales and P&L planning, including full P&L responsibility for entire Division. Directs and supervises activities of Region finance leaders. This information indicates the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this role. Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive sales initiatives for Division
  • Payroll forecast and controls - maintain payroll forecast by region and develop forward-looking action plans.
  • Expense controls - maintain expense forecast on all line items and develop action plan for issues.
  • Develop and maintain highly effective team: manage talent and diversity.
  • Sales planning - plan sales at store, district, and region level based on trends and performance.
  • P&L (gross margin, payroll expenses) planning - build store level plans for all components of P&L.
  • Capital allocation - prioritize projects, develop cost benefit analyses, and manage overall budget.
  • G&A Management - maintain dollar and headcount budgets and identify corrective action when needed.
