About The Position

WOW! is seeking a transformational Senior Director, eCommerce & Digital Experience, to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer digital sales ecosystem. This executive will own WOW!’s online acquisition channel, digital revenue growth, website experience, and conversion performance ensuring a seamless, high-performing customer journey from awareness through checkout and onboarding. Requirements

  • 10+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, digital product, or DTC growth leadership
  • Proven success driving measurable online revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization and digital analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, CMS systems, and marketing technology stacks
  • Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing digital teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telecom, broadband, subscription services, or complex service-based offerings preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own digital commerce strategy and online revenue targets
  • Develop multi-year roadmap for digital acquisition and conversion growth
  • Define KPIs including CVR, AOV, CAC, digital penetration rate, abandonment rate, and LTV
  • Lead initiatives to increase direct-to-consumer online sales contribution
  • Drive full-funnel optimization across landing pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategy
  • Improve site speed, usability, personalization, and mobile performance
  • Partner with Analytics to implement advanced testing frameworks
  • Own end-to-end website customer journey strategy
  • Collaborate with Product and IT to prioritize digital enhancements
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing, ordering systems, and CRM
  • Lead personalization and segmentation initiatives
  • Optimize product presentation, bundling, pricing displays, and promotional placements
  • Partner with Growth Marketing on campaign landing strategies
  • Align merchandising with promotional calendar and competitive response
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to align paid media with landing page strategy
  • Work closely with Brand to ensure consistency of messaging and experience
  • Align with Sales, Field Marketing, and Customer Experience on digital-first initiatives
  • Present digital performance and roadmap updates to executive leadership
  • Oversee website platform, testing tools, personalization engines, and performance tracking systems
  • Evaluate and implement new digital commerce technologies
  • Ensure governance, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Other duties as assigned
