Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or professional services.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and integrated demand strategies.
  • Strong experience in event strategy and execution, including digital and in-person formats.
  • Deep analytical skills — you turn data into actionable insights and measurable results.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and performance measurement tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, able to influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • A passion for innovation and emerging marketing technologies, including AI, virtual engagement platforms, and digital personalization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in workforce solutions, learning technology, or HR tech industries.
  • A background in social selling, employee advocacy, or thought leadership campaigns.
  • Familiarity with global marketing execution or multi-region campaigns.
  • MBA or other advanced marketing/business degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all demand generation efforts, including digital campaigns, ABM programs, events, and webinars, driving measurable pipeline and ROI.
  • Own the strategy and execution of events — from in-person conferences to virtual experiences — partnering with Brand, Portfolio, and RevOps to deliver unforgettable, revenue-generating experiences.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Portfolio Marketing to ensure event content, messaging, and speakers resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Collaborate with Brand to maintain consistent narrative, executive presence, and experience standards across all touchpoints.
  • Work with RevOps to ensure accurate data capture, lead routing, reporting, and campaign attribution.
  • Leverage insights from campaigns, events, and Voice of Client programs to continuously refine ABM strategy and digital marketing performance.
  • Pilot AI-powered tools and emerging channels to innovate in campaign personalization, automation, and audience engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Operations to ensure marketing programs accelerate revenue and customer impact.
