The Sr. Director, Development leads the organization’s efforts in executing the fundraising strategy for the Dr. Phillips Center. The Sr. Director is responsible managing the gift officer team and identifying prospects and securing donations from local, regional and nationally based individuals, families and foundations. The ideal candidate will have a record of success in dynamic leadership along with fundraising in the performing arts industry. This role will be responsible for an annual fundraising goal of $2.5 million.
