Tinder is seeking a Senior Director of Communications to lead communications strategy and execution across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, reporting to the Global CMO. This role will shape regional and global narratives, guide executive visibility, manage high‑stakes issues, and lead a team of communications professionals and agency partners. In this high‑impact role, you’ll scale Tinder’s voice across the Americas—partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Trust & Safety, and other cross‑functional teams to communicate new and evolving product features, safety commitments, and brand priorities. You’ll oversee consumer and corporate storytelling across media, social, and cultural moments, while ensuring alignment with global messaging. This role calls for a hands‑on, strategic leader with deep regional fluency, strong product communications expertise, and the ability to move seamlessly between consumer storytelling and corporate communications in a fast‑paced, global environment.
