We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to join our growing company as we embark on an exciting new venture. Our company is continually building a unique and modern agile CDMO that has high technical acumen, with a strong focus on building strategic partnerships and providing top-notch services to our clients. The Business Development leader will be responsible for building and cultivating prospective new client relationships, with the primary goal of signing new contracts that align with the company's revenue targets by site and year. This role will leverage their existing client networks, and prospect (research, identify, investigate) new company targets and initiate relationships by leveraging online systems (LI, etc.) and through trade shows, conferences, regional events and various other means within the industry. The Business Development leader must gain a solid understanding of the requirements necessary to identify and satisfy the customer’s needs and to ensure that Kincell Bio can fulfill those needs through communications with key internal and external stakeholders. They will be the primary liaison with customers regarding new business identification through contract fulfillment. They will effectively manage the transition to the internal project team once the deal is signed.
