The Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a Sr. Director of Business Strategy & Analytics to lead the Club’s data and analytics function, transforming data into a competitive advantage that drives smarter decision-making, revenue growth, and fan engagement. This role will set the vision for how data is collected, managed, and activated across the organization and will play a key role in the Club’s long-term growth strategy. Reporting into senior leadership, the Sr. Director will lead a small, high-impact team and partner closely with leaders across Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Soccer Business, and Marketing. The role blends strategy and execution—owning the data roadmap and analytics infrastructure while remaining hands-on in analysis, modeling, and visualization to deliver actionable insights that enable organization-wide impact. The ideal candidate blends strong technical and analytical capability with commercial instincts and executive-level stakeholder management. They are equally comfortable working directly in data as they are influencing leaders, prioritizing work, and operating in fast-moving, occasionally ambiguous environments. At its core, this role focuses on three key business challenges: Building our data foundation (own our data strategy and roadmap, overseeing data quality, governance, infrastructure, etc.) Turning data into growth (partner with our revenue teamsto drive revenue optimization opportunities, lead analytics efforts around lead generation, scoring, segmentation etc, build models & insights around pricing, demand forecasting, retention etc.) Enabling org-wide action through insights & visualization (build and oversee org-wide dashboarding, translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights, shift the org from reporting into insight-driven decision making.)
