About The Position

Develop and articulate a clear, compelling vision and strategy for the business operations of aligned organization. Provide key inputs as an industry leader and expert. Drive long-term success strategy of the function in partnership with functional leaders. Ensure strategic objectives are met and resources are effectively allocated. Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets. Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners. Develop and oversee Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) addressing gaps in business and operations. Requirements

• 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability, including organic and inorganic assessment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Data-driven and highly organized with superior project management skills.
• Demonstrated learning agility and passion for taking on new challenges and executing with high velocity.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially with storyboarding and deck writing for diverse audiences ranging from board members, senior executives, to broad-based team member groups.
