About The Position

As a Senior Director Brand Management here at Honeywell, you will be a key driver in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive market growth. You will lead a team of brand management with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand products and services. You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's brand strategy and success by developing and executing brand strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand awareness. Your expertise in market research and consumer insights will help identify growth opportunities, while collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong leadership skills will be key in launching new products and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven 10 plus years of experience in leadership brand management and marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and initiatives.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage transition of the legacy Honeywell Brand to the new Honeywell Aerospace brand standards.
