We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and execution-driven marketing leader to own and elevate our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Campaign Operations. This role is all about building meaningful connections with the accounts that matter most — and turning them into long-term revenue drivers. As Senior Director of ABM & Campaign Operations, you’ll set the strategy, lead execution, and be the driving force that aligns marketing and sales around a full-funnel engagement model. You’ll orchestrate how campaign project management, event operations, Pardot marketing automation, 6sense, paid media and sales outreach fit together for each audience and buyer stage - while partnering closely with demand generation leaders, digital/SEO/SEM experts, and sales to deliver impactful, integrated programs. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your leadership will directly fuel growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with deep experience in ABM and campaign operations.
  • BS in Business, Marketing or related education.
  • Proven success aligning with sales and demand gen leaders to drive measurable growth.
  • Strong command of marketing automation (Pardot a plus) and campaign performance reporting.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns and live events end-to-end.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and leader with a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABM Strategy & Execution Build and scale an ABM engine that drives engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Partner with sales to identify target accounts and align on joint plays that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Track performance and tell the story of ABM’s impact through data-driven insights.
  • Campaigns & Demand Gen Alignment Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns that hit the right audiences at the right time.
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders across demand generation to ensure ABM and campaign programs sync with pipeline goals.
  • Keep campaigns running smoothly with best-in-class project management and clear visibility across stakeholders.
  • Live Event Leadership Ensure every event ties into ABM and demand gen initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Own the strategy and flawless execution of events — from customer summits, virtual summits, tradeshows to executive roundtables.
  • Marketing Automation & Ops Lead agency operations for the management and execution of email automation - (Pardot), optimizing workflows, nurture streams, and reporting to align to the ABM strategy and execution.
  • Drive efficiency and data integrity across the tech stack in partnership with demand marketing and Sales Operations.
