Position Summary The Senior Director, Employee & Executive Communications is responsible for and driving the implementation of F5’s internal communications strategy for a globally distributed workforce. Priorities for this role include developing high-impact communications tied to business priorities and company culture; engaging and inspiring F5ers through powerful storytelling; and facilitating employee awareness and understanding of the company’s strategy, values, and culture through key global events. The ideal candidate leads collaboratively, is confident advising C-level executives, and can forge cross-functional relationships with F5ers at all levels. This innovative leader will be a part of the Corporate Communications team and will lead a talented team of communicators. The role is based in Seattle and will be part of F5’s hybrid work model. A true love for building and enabling company culture is essential in this role. The candidate is creative, demonstrates thought leadership, and can transform complex information into stories and messages that resonate with, and inspire, global employees. The Senior Director, Employee & Executive Communications will have meticulous attention to detail and set best-practice standards for global internal communications, with a goal to always raise the bar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in communicating F5’s growing business.
