About The Position

Live Nation’s Integrated Marketing team creates innovative digital experiences that power best-in-class brand partnerships. This 3 to 6-month contract opportunity will support the execution of digital consumer promotions across campaign platforms, from setup through launch and ongoing maintenance. Working cross-functionally, this role will help manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or agency environments
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, CMS tools, and project management systems (including but not limited to Asana and ShortStack)
  • Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator, GA4, Excel, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper) to support content development, research, and workflow efficiency
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Keen visual sensibility with the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across digital experiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and execution
  • Ability to work from your own laptop/equipment for the duration of the contract.
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital consumer promotions across campaign platforms, including setup, QA, launch, and maintenance
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, vendors) to deliver campaign assets and microsite updates
  • Troubleshoot issues during execution and communicate updates to stakeholders
