About The Position

As a Senior Digital Product Manager on our Workforce Benefits team, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your products. Using your business and technical expertise to guide development; you'll set direction, and manage products through their full lifecycle. You’ll clearly communicate each product’s value and make strategic recommendations on when to evolve, enhance, or retire solutions. You may lead multiple products or one highly complex offering, working closely with business, technical, and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment. Using strong product management practices and research methods, you’ll drive meaningful business outcomes and long‑term value.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10–15 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a highly regulated industry or specialized domain.
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale initiatives that involve vendor solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear insights.
  • A seasoned leader who provides strategic direction and effectively mentors others.
  • Skilled at influencing and educating partners at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Adept in negotiation, consensus‑building, and facilitating across large, cross‑functional groups.
  • Collaborative, trusted partner who thrives in complex environments requiring sound judgment and high‑impact decision‑making.
  • Experienced with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira and familiar with Agile practices; Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Some minimal annual travel required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate product strategy aligned to enterprise goals, ensuring a healthy end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers, business partners, and technology teams to secure resources and drive alignment.
  • Apply Agile practices to deliver high‑quality solutions; maintain a clear, measurable backlog and support delivery teams in managing risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary expert for your product domain, tailoring communication for diverse audiences and acting as the key contact for vendors.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure impact, inform decisions, assess opportunities, and perform analyses such as return on investment, cost‑benefit, and root‑cause evaluations.
  • Mentor product managers, champion user‑centered design, inspire cross‑functional teams, and model strong leadership behaviors.
  • Invest in ongoing learning, follow product management guidelines, and participate in communities of practice.
